سياسة الخصوصية – تطبيق بوشنا (BOSHNA)
تاريخ السريان: تدخل هذه السياسة حيز التنفيذ اعتباراً من تاريخ نشرها (أبريل 2026).
تلتزم شركة بوشنا لخدمات الأعمال بمعالجة بياناتكم الشخصية وفق المعايير التقنية والتنظيمية المعتمدة والمتوافقة مع نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL). ونؤكد التزامنا التام بمبدأ "الحد الأدنى من البيانات"، حيث لا نجمع أو نعالج إلا ما هو ضروري وحتمي لتقديم خدماتنا إليكم.
1. معلومات المتحكم ومركز الخصوصية
المتحكم: شركة بوشنا لخدمات الأعمال (سجل تجاري: 7042007216).
مركز الخصوصية: يُعد البريد الإلكتروني (mukhtar@boshna.sa) هو الوسيلة الرسمية والأساسية لممارسة حقوقك، التحقق من هويتك، واستقبال الاستفسارات.
المعالجة: تشمل أي عملية تتم على البيانات الشخصية مثل الجمع، التخزين، التحليل، أو الإتلاف.
2. سياسة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات (المدد الزمنية)
نحتفظ بالبيانات فقط للمدة اللازمة لتحقيق الغرض الذي جُمعت من أجله، وتُحذف وفق الآتي:
البيانات التشغيلية واللحظية: (وتشمل سجلات الموقع الدقيق GPS، محادثات الدردشة، الرسائل الصوتية، وسجلات الاستخدام التقنية)؛ يتم إتلافها نهائياً خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 4 أسابيع من تاريخ اكتمال الطلب أو إغلاق المحادثة.
بيانات النزاعات والبلاغات: في حال وجود شكوى، يتم الاحتفاظ بالبيانات ذات الصلة لمدة تتراوح بين 3 إلى 12 شهراً لضمان الفصل في النزاع وحماية الحقوق قانونياً.
البيانات المالية والمعاملات: يتم الاحتفاظ بها لمدة تصل إلى 5 سنوات التزاماً بالأنظمة الضريبية والمحاسبية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
بيانات الحساب: تُحذف عند طلبك إغلاق الحساب، مع الاحتفاظ بالبيانات المطلوبة نظامياً فقط وفق المدد المذكورة أعلاه.
3. الأسس القانونية والمعالجة الحساسة
تنفيذ العقد: هو الأساس القانوني لتقديم خدمات البيع والشراء وربطك بشركات التوصيل.
الموافقة الصريحة: نطلب موافقتك قبل الوصول للموقع الدقيق (GPS) والميكروفون. يمكنك سحب موافقتك في أي وقت عبر إعدادات التطبيق أو الجهاز.
المصلحة المشروعة: نعتمد عليها لمكافحة الاحتيال وتحسين الأداء، بعد إجراء موازنة دقيقة لضمان عدم المساس بحقوقك الأساسية.
4. الشفافية وعرض البيانات داخل المنصة
بما أن "بوشنا" سوق إلكتروني (Marketplace)، يقر المستخدم بأن بعض بياناته ستكون ظاهرة للمستخدمين الآخرين عند نشر إعلان (مثل الاسم الشخصي، والموقع الجغرافي التقريبي للسلعة على مستوى المدينة أو الحي وليس موقع GPS دقيق)، وذلك لغرض الشفافية وتسهيل التواصل.
5. مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثة
نشارك الحد الأدنى من البيانات الضرورية فقط مع جهات موثوقة تشمل: شركات الشحن، مزودي خدمات الخرائط (Map Services Providers) مثل Google Maps أو ما يماثلها، وبوابات الدفع المرخصة. ونؤكد أننا لا نطلع ولا نخزن بيانات بطاقاتك البنكية نهائياً.
6. حقوق صاحب البيانات والاعتراض
يحق لك الوصول لبياناتك أو تصحيحها أو طلب إتلافها. كما يحق لك الاعتراض على معالجة بياناتك لأغراض التسويق أو تحليل السلوك، وسنتوقف عن ذلك في أقرب وقت ممكن بما لا يؤثر على تقديم الخدمة الأساسية.
7. أمن البيانات والإشعار بالاختراق
نطبق تدابير أمان مناسبة تشمل التشفير المتقدم (At rest & In transit) وسجلات تدقيق (Audit Logs). في حال وقوع حادثة أمنية، سنقوم بإبلاغ الجهة التنظيمية المختصة والمستخدمين المتضررين وفق المتطلبات النظامية، وبما لا يتجاوز 72 ساعة عند الاقتضاء.
8. مسؤولية المستخدم وحذف الحساب
يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية دقة البيانات المرفوعة. وفي حالات الضرورة القصوى وفي حدود الضرورة ووفق الأنظمة، يحق لـ "بوشنا" الرجوع لسجلات المراسلات للفصل في النزاعات، وذلك بالقدر الذي يحقق الغرض الذي جُمعت من أجله.
حذف الحساب: يمكنك طلب الحذف عبر الإعدادات؛ وتبدأ عملية الإتلاف فوراً وتكتمل تقنياً وفق المدد النظامية المحددة.
9. تحديثات السياسة
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة، وسيتم إشعارك بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر إشعار بارز داخل التطبيق لضمان علمك بكيفية حماية بياناتك.

Effective date: This policy takes effect from its date of publication (April 2026).
Boshna Business Services Co. is committed to processing your personal data in accordance with the approved technical and organizational standards, compliant with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). We affirm our full commitment to the principle of "data minimization", collecting and processing only what is necessary and essential to provide our services to you.
1. Controller Information and Privacy Center
The Controller: Boshna Business Services Co. (Commercial Registration: 7042007216).
Privacy Center: The email (mukhtar@boshna.sa) is the official and primary channel for exercising your rights, verifying your identity, and receiving inquiries.
Processing: Includes any operation performed on personal data such as collection, storage, analysis, or destruction.
2. Data Retention Policy (Retention Periods)
We retain data only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, and it is deleted as follows:
Operational and real-time data: (including precise GPS location logs, chat conversations, voice messages, and technical usage logs); permanently destroyed within a period not exceeding 4 weeks from the date the order is completed or the conversation is closed.
Dispute and report data: In the event of a complaint, related data is retained for a period ranging from 3 to 12 months to ensure resolution of the dispute and legal protection of rights.
Financial and transaction data: Retained for up to 5 years in compliance with the tax and accounting regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Account data: Deleted upon your request to close the account, retaining only legally required data in accordance with the periods mentioned above.
3. Legal Bases and Sensitive Processing
Contract performance: The legal basis for providing buying and selling services and connecting you with delivery companies.
Explicit consent: We request your consent before accessing precise location (GPS) and the microphone. You may withdraw your consent at any time through the app or device settings.
Legitimate interest: We rely on it to combat fraud and improve performance, after conducting a careful balancing test to ensure your fundamental rights are not compromised.
4. Transparency and Data Display within the Platform
Since "Boshna" is a Marketplace, the user acknowledges that some of their data will be visible to other users when posting a listing (such as the personal name and the approximate geographic location of the item at the city or district level, not the precise GPS location), for the purpose of transparency and facilitating communication.
5. Sharing Data with Third Parties
We share only the minimum necessary data with trusted parties including: shipping companies, map service providers such as Google Maps or similar, and licensed payment gateways. We affirm that we never view or store your bank card data at all.
6. Data Subject Rights and Objection
You have the right to access, correct, or request the destruction of your data. You also have the right to object to the processing of your data for marketing or behavioral analysis purposes, and we will stop this as soon as possible without affecting the provision of the core service.
7. Data Security and Breach Notification
We apply appropriate security measures including advanced encryption (at rest & in transit) and audit logs. In the event of a security incident, we will notify the competent regulatory authority and the affected users in accordance with regulatory requirements, and within no more than 72 hours where applicable.
8. User Responsibility and Account Deletion
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the uploaded data. In cases of extreme necessity, within the limits of necessity and in accordance with regulations, "Boshna" has the right to refer to correspondence records to resolve disputes, to the extent that achieves the purpose for which they were collected.
Account deletion: You can request deletion through the settings; the destruction process begins immediately and is completed technically in accordance with the specified regulatory periods.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this policy, and you will be notified of any material changes through a prominent notice within the app to ensure you are aware of how your data is protected.
